Green iguana is one of the most famous reptiles due to its popularity in zoos, and many reptile lovers maintain it. Has a very distinctive appearance, with a large head, pronounced wattle and comb-like spines impressive peaks that runs in the middle of the back and tail, measuring about three inches high. While, as the name suggests, is usually green iguana, (from dull, grassy green to turquoise living), bright orange individuals may occur in the northern part of the range, and colors may also vary with temperature, especially when young, becoming bright green when hot and dull and dark when cold. Good green scaly iguana is uniformly colored, or black streaks contrasting brown bear or pattern. Great figure, circular scales are present on the lower jaw is clearly visible under the tympanum. Male green iguanas can be distinguished from females by barbed peak clearer and larger head (, femoral pores more visible, and more extensive cloacal opening.
